Velmira Beauty – Return Policy

At Velmira Beauty, our goal is to make sure you’re happy with every purchase. Because many of our beauty products involve customization or hygienic handling, certain limits apply to returns and exchanges. Please review this policy carefully before completing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Timeframe for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under specific circumstances. Due to the production and customization involved in our products, once an item is produced, opened, or personalized, it cannot be refunded.

1.2 Condition of Items

For any return or exchange request to be considered, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original, undamaged packaging

Products that have been opened, tested, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products received as part of a special offer


2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Return Request Process

If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or exchange, email us at shop@velmirabeautyllc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A brief explanation describing the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return instructions.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving:

  • The wrong item

  • A defective or damaged product

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

2.3 Return Address

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address in your RMA instructions.
Please include:

  • Your RMA number

  • Your original receipt or proof of purchase

Packages without an RMA number may experience delays or be rejected.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

3.1 Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shop@velmirabeautyllc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Prompt reporting helps us resolve the situation quickly.

3.2 Replacements

We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no extra cost.
In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned before sending a replacement.
