At Velmira Beauty, we’re dedicated to getting your beauty products delivered to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find all the details about how shipping works at our store.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
This includes all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Customers outside the U.S. are welcome to check back in the future as we expand.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight
Expedited Shipping

Estimated Delivery: Typically 2 business days after processing

Cost: Flat rate of $4.95

Free 2-Day Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50
Please Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue results from our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Processing Time

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on holidays or weekends begin processing the next business day.

Busy Seasons: During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take longer. Thanks in advance for your patience!
Delivery Timeframes

Important: Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and other unexpected factors may impact arrival times.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package isn’t there, please allow 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, reach out to us at shop@velmirabeautyllc.com and we’ll help you out.
Shipping Restrictions

No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping may take longer. Expedited shipping may not be available in all areas.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shop@velmirabeautyllc.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and assist with reshipping when appropriate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, take photos right away and contact us. We’ll arrange a replacement based on your preference and product availability.
Changes to Shipping Information
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately at shop@velmirabeautyllc.com.
We’ll do our best, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
